Shipping and Return Policy

  • Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your your order. Most orders ship with in 24 hours of received payment.
     
  • vette2vette.com offers U.S Postal Service Priority and Express mail. Fedex Ground, Fedex Nexy Day, Fedex 2 Day, Fedex 3 Day delivery services.
     
  • Small packages under 2lbs are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military addresses (APO/FPO) are shipped USPS Priority. This service is the fastest and most economical.
     
  • Larger packages are shipped regular ground service by Fedex ground.
     
  • Truck Freight. Parts noted truck freight or any other item that exceeing carrier size or weight limits will be shipped truck freight.
     
  • International Orders. We ship parts to any country in the world. Since prices change due to size of order and location, please contact us for the most efficient and economical means to ship an international order.
     
  • Spee-dee Delivery. For our customers in the upper Mid West. We use Spee-dee delivery for larger and heavier packages to save money over traditional carriers and truck freight.
     
  • Handling and Insurance. A handling charge is included in the shipping charges of all orders. This is the fairest and easiest way to cover increasing costs, without raising the prices of our parts. All shipments are insured against loss or damage. Insurance costs are included in shipping charges.
     
  • Damaged Goods:
    If the shipping package has any external damage, immediately inspect the contents of the package for damage to the parts. If damage is found call vette2vette.com immediately.

    Keep all shipping materials. IE (box, packaging material) intact. Please save said material for inspection by inspection by the carrier.
     

  • Shortages or Errors.  Report any shortage or error within 5 business days of receipt of order.
     
  • Returns:
    Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer on any refused shipment

    No refunds without an invoice

    No returns after 30 days

    No returns on electrical or special order parts

    No returns on parts outside original packaging

    Returns shipped COD will not be accepted

    No returns on partial sets, parts will be sent back at customers expense.

    Exception returns may result in merchandise credit

    20% restocking fee on all returned items
